Born and raised in this beautiful region, with deep family roots in Normandy, I have always been passionate about its rich history, culture, and gastronomy. Sharing my knowledge and love for Normandy is not just my job—it’s my passion!
A Journey Through History & Gastronomy
In the 1990s, after studying culinary arts at hotel school, I deepened my expertise in apple cider and Calvados production, founding the Compagnie des Calvados in Honfleur in 1994, now successfully run by my sister. My love for Norman gastronomy remains strong, and I would be delighted to take you on a private gourmet tour through the farms of Pays d’Auge, where you can taste authentic artisanal products such as cider, Calvados, cheese, and more.
An International Guiding Experience
In 2007, I embarked on a new adventure, moving with my family to Mexico, where I lived for 14 years. While there, I studied the fascinating history of the Mayan civilization and founded my own private tour company, Playa Private Tours. This invaluable experience taught me how to craft seamless, personalized tours to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable day.
Upon returning to France, I worked as a driver-guide for a tourism transportation company, refining my expertise and further immersing myself in Normandy’s history and cultural heritage.

I grew up in Mexico with my dad Gilles and my little brother. Since I was a kid, I’ve always been passionate about my father’s work — guiding people through Mayan sites and helping them discover a whole new world while having an amazing time with his clients.
That’s why, when I finished high school, I decided to enroll in a sandwich course to earn a technical degree in tourism, studying the many secrets of Normandy and the stories of the battles this region has lived through.
